Not an actual shovel, nor the proverbial one - if there is any such thing at all. But a big, blue, fluffy Shovel Tusk. It's one of the new beasts we'll ram into (or vice-versa) in Northrend, as decribed on the recently opened Wrath of the Lich King Bestiary page. You can see this magnificent creature in actual herding action here and here, but we'll spare you the flavor text that Blizzard cooked up for it: I'm sure you'll manage to skin them just fine, anyway.

P.S. On second thought, you might want to consider the accompanying warning:
